What do you offer?

We offer a simple and safe way to sell your unwanted devices in Barbados. Share the make, model, and condition of your device. We will send you a quote.We do not accept devices reported lost or stolen.

Is the initial quote final?

The initial quote is not final. If the condition of the device is as described in the form, your quote will remain unchanged. If additional faults are noticed during the inspection, we may give you a new offer.

What devices can I sell?

We are currently buying smartphones, tablets, video game consoles and games.

When and how do I get paid?

After the in-person inspection has been completed and you have accepted our offer, we will issue payment.We provide multiple payment options including Amazon gift cards, PayPal and cheques.

What happens to my device data?

We will factory reset your device.You should completely wipe the data from your device to ensure that your privacy is protected.

What do I need to include with my device?

To get the best price offer, include all accessories needed for your device. If required accessories are missing, that will impact the offer you receive for the device.

How do you assess the condition of my device?

We will grade the cosmetic condition and perform a functionality check.In order for us to accept your device, it must be fully functional.

Condition Grades

Excellent:
The device is fully functional and in like new condition with no marks or scratches.Good:
The device is fully functional and shows minor signs of wear, but no scratches on the screen.Fair:
The device is fully functional and has visible scratches or marks due to normal use.Not Accepted:
The device will not be eligible for buyback if it is not fully functional.

Do you purchase products from sellers outside of Barbados?

Not at this time. We only purchase devices from sellers in Barbados.
